Welcome to Avantar Sutra.
Avantar Sutra is the customer-facing brand of Avantar Fashions, the registered business behind the brand. We curate and sell handloom sarees and related products through our website, www.avantarsutra.com.
By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies available on our website.
Our Products
We make every effort to display our sarees accurately, including their colours, designs and details.
As our sarees are handloom products, slight variations in weave, texture, colour, motifs or finish may naturally occur. These characteristics are part of the uniqueness of handloom sarees and should not be considered defects.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and display settings.
Product availability, descriptions and prices may be updated from time to time.
Orders
When you place an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information required to process and deliver your order.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in situations such as product unavailability, incorrect pricing or information, or inability to verify the order details. If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation requests are subject to our Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy.
Prices, Taxes & Offers
Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Applicable shipping charges and COD charges are clearly displayed at checkout before the order is placed.
For COD orders, a ₹160 COD/cash-handling charge applies.
Prices, discounts and promotional offers may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice. Any applicable offer will be subject to the terms stated for that offer.
Payments
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.
All online transactions are processed through our payment service provider using secure payment systems.
For COD orders, the applicable COD charge is displayed at checkout before the order is placed.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within India only.
Prepaid orders qualify for free shipping unless otherwise stated.
COD orders attract a ₹160 COD/cash-handling charge.
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 working days of order confirmation and are generally delivered within 7–10 working days from order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, operational disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking details are provided after dispatch where tracking is available.

Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Products
Our returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy.
We do not offer monetary returns for a change of mind, dislike of colour or design, or personal preference.
Exchanges may be accepted subject to the conditions specified in our Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy.
If a product is received damaged or an incorrect product is delivered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the order details and the requested photographs/videos. After verification, the customer may choose a replacement, subject to availability, or a refund as applicable.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us through email or WhatsApp/phone.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. No cancellation or transaction fee is charged for approved cancellations.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website.
All content on this website, including photographs, text, graphics, logos, designs and other material, belongs to Avantar Sutra or is used with permission and may not be reproduced or commercially used without prior written permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any concerns or disputes relating to an order or our services will first be addressed in good faith between the customer and Avantar Fashions.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
