Easy returns

Looking at returning/exchanging your product? It's simple. You have to raise a return request within 24-48 hrs of delivery of the product.

A handloom saree is a work of art. Natural irregularities such as weaving variations, minor threads, or uneven stitches are not defects but a mark of authenticity and craftsmanship.

Not eligible for return/exchange

  • Handloom characteristics: Weaving irregularities such as weft direction faults, loose weft, warp streaks, slack pick, tails out, etc.
  • Colour variation: Minor differences between the website display and the actual product.
  • Used or damaged products: Any saree that has been washed, worn, altered, or returned without an invoice/tags.
  • No returns on sale/discounted items (final sale).

Replacement policy

We accept returns only if the product received is damaged or a wrong item has been delivered.

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery via our customer support email. You will receive a return approval confirmation within 24-48 hrs.
  • Return the product in its original condition: unwashed, unused, unaltered, properly folded, with original tags and invoice.
  • Returns failing these checks will not be eligible for replacement.
  • Approved returns are eligible for a one-time replacement only (A product returned once is not eligible for any further returns). The replaced product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.

Process to exchange

  1. Create a video of unboxing your package, or click pictures of the product to clearly show the issues you are facing. Pack the saree in the same courier cover it was received in. Ensure it is in original condition with folds and tags intact.
  2. Raise an exchange request on our customer care email ID within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Our team will schedule pickup and inform you.
  4. Once your parcel is received and approved, you will receive a one-time redeemable coupon code for the equivalent value to select another saree of your choice. The coupon code has a 1-year validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the 1-year period for your purchase. 

Important:

  • Only one pickup will be scheduled per exchange. Please ensure the correct product is handed over.
  • If the wrong product is sent, the customer will bear any return shipping costs.

 

Order Cancellations

·           Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.

·           Email our customer care number with the order no and reason, and wait for the confirmation email. Wait for approval.

·           A 3.5% cancellation/transaction charge will be deducted before processing the refund.

·           Applicable only for non-sale (full-price) items.

·           COD orders: ₹ 100 COD charge will be deducted

 

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue your refund after approval. If approved, your refund will be credited automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation once the refund is issued. Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
