Shipping Destinations

We currently provide shipping across India.

At present, we do not offer international shipping. If a courier service is unavailable at your location, we will inform you accordingly.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders:
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
A ₹160 COD/cash-handling charge applies to all COD orders within India.

The applicable shipping/COD charge will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.

Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 7–10 working days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the delivery location.

While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframe, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send the tracking details to your registered email address.

Important Note for Office Addresses

If you provide an office address for delivery, please include the relevant department/company details and ensure that someone is available to receive the package.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email containing the tracking URL and AWB number.

You can use the tracking URL to track the status of your order.

Order Delivery

A 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for delivery within India, as our logistics partners may use an OTP to complete delivery.

Please ensure that the registered mobile number is accessible at the time of delivery.

If the delivery cannot be completed because the required OTP is not received or the recipient is unavailable, the package may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, any additional shipping charges applicable for re-shipping the package will be borne by the customer
